Stephanie Jackson, MSN, FNP-BC
In 2020, I became a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Practitioner with the goal of incorporating not only medication, but a multitude of treatment interventions into optimal wellness planning. As such, I’m a massage and Reiki therapist, a student of Pilates and yoga, and am certified in other fitness modalities. I have two bachelor’s degrees from Salem State University; communications, and nursing, respectively. I graduated summa cum laude from Endicott College where I earned my Master’s in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in late 2017, and attained board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in early 2018.
I began specializing in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and its common co-occurring conditions (anxiety, depression, insomnia, executive dysfunction) during my two years practicing in primary care medicine. In the last year, I pivoted into psychiatry, or as I like to think of it, primary care for the mind. I truly believe that our physical health is a direct reflection of our mental health; a stressed mind, or “dis-ease”, will wreak havoc in time without proper care.
I’ve recently started to raise awareness about mental health and ADHD on social media, and I plan to launch a blog and podcast in the near future to broaden my reach. I hope to help people on a large scale through psychoeducation, building resources, and reducing stigma in mental health.
My passion is to integrate medication management, education, health and wellness counseling, coaching, support, and advocacy for my patients. I love working with individuals and families of all ages, turning challenges into strengths, healing mind and body.
I look forward to meeting you!
